Sporodically one of our admins gets the error when trying to create an exchange account from the EMC :errorCode="0x8007203a">The server is not operational ....Sometimes he can log into another workstation and it works ok ..Sometimes he waits a couple of days and it will start working again

Is there a Global Catalog near by the Exchange Server? If not deploy a Domain Controller near by the Exchange server and make this Domain Controller Global Catalog!

Found no DNS problems on the domain. Did notice that the admin was connected to an adminn mailbox with alternate credentails. After I asked him to checnge hos outlook authentication to use his own credentails, the problem went away. I will monitor next week and verify that the problem does not return. Both exchange administrator and outlook use a mapi.dll so maybe that's the culpurit ....

im facing the same problem that i cant create a mailbox in exchange...sometimes i'd created but mostly i m facing error "the server is not operational" i have restarted the dns but still the same error....plzzz any 1 guide me.... Thanks in advance
